M&R Electrical Services Ltd was established 20 years ago by Mike Killham and Adam ‘Ron’ Johnson (hence the name M&R).

Alongside our traditional on-site work we offer off-site fabrication, reducing man hours spent on site, cost for our clients and a reduction in the health and safety risks associated with on-site work.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We take our social responsibility seriously. Our latest community project has been to rewire the scout hut in Rustington, West Sussex, breathing new life into the building for years to come.

OUR PORTFOLIO
At M&R we undertake large-scale electrical contracts and our current projects include an ongoing Government installation for DSTL and a Cancer Sciences build at Southampton General Hospital. See more of our projects below.
WATERMARK
The Watermark Project in Southampton’s West Quay area is now fully open to the public and is receiving fantastic reviews. With a host of restaurants and bars, a 10 screen cinema and a bowling alley, Watermark has greatly enhanced leisure opportunities within Southampton City Centre.
Beginning the electrical fit in May 2016, this ambitious project had a completion deadline of Christmas 2017. We are extremely proud to have carried out the full electrical installation within Watermark and helped to bring this much-needed venue to Southampton.
SUPERMARKETS
Tesco in Fratton opened its doors in November 2015, adding the twentieth new Tesco store to our extensive M&R portfolio, along with countless refits and refreshes.
Sainsbury's Charlton Riverside was also opened in 2015, adding to our portfolio of Sainburys' stores where we've been involved in newbuilds, refits and refreshes.
It is imperative that stores such as these are not only built to an exacting specification, but that they are completed on time and budget, and we never fail to deliver.
GOVERNMENT PROJECTS
Adherence to strict policies and procedures is always vital, not least when carrying out work on secure Government sites. We take our obligations seriously, always ensuring our staff work to the high standards expected, hence why we're regularly tasked with carrying out MoD projects.
HEALTH & SAFETY
M&R Electrical Services have an unblemished health and safety record. We are meticulous in ensuring that all of our operatives are fully trained for any site activities that they engage in. M&R Electrical Services work collaboratively with the main contractor, and all other contractors, to ensure that ALL health and safety obligations are adhered to.
We ensure that health and safety reps are always available as necessary.
We are fully accredited to CHAS.
